Sugar in hot drinks

This article is saying that the sugar content of coffee-related drinks and hot fruit tea is two to three times of coke. It is also three times the recommended intake per day.

I'm very curious that coke obviously tastes much sweeter than coffee drinks. Why does coke contain less sugar？

After searching the information.It was found that the structure of *fructose will change when it is heated, resulting in reduced sweetness. In order to maintain the same taste, the store must add more fructose when making hot drinks to maintain the same sweetness.

這篇文章在說咖啡相關飲品和熱水果茶的糖量，是可樂的兩到三倍。同時也是人一天建議攝取量的三倍

我很好奇，可樂喝起來明明就比咖啡飲品甜很多，為什麼糖量反而比較少呢？

查詢資料後發現，原來是因為果糖遇熱後結構會改變，造成甜度降低。店家為維持相同口感，調製熱飲時必須添加更多的果糖才能維持同樣甜度
